A 12-week private, one-to-one coaching block designed to give school athletes structured exposure to high-performance training standards.
The focus is on experience and understanding - particularly around technical execution, physiological intent, and how training decisions are made. Athletes are held to clear standards and expectations appropriate to their stage of development, supporting both physical preparation and the mental skills required to train consistently through the winter.
The emphasis is not on short-term acceleration, but on informed, purposeful work across the winter period.

We weren't looking for a hypey camp. We wanted structure, individual attention, and honest feedback. This gave our son clarity and real change.
- Parent, Year 11 athlete

Martyn O'Leary coaches school and club athletes, with this intake kept intentionally small to prioritise quality, structure, and honest evaluation.
His coaching is informed by experience across school, club, and international rowing environments, giving him a clear understanding of how young athletes develop within - and alongside - established systems. The focus is not acceleration or short-term outcomes, but helping athletes train with clarity, maturity, and purpose during a critical development phase.
This winter block is being offered as a limited-capacity pilot intake.
